Refund Policy
Items once sold would not be subject to return policy. Products once sold can only be exchanged / replaced with the same product, subject to stock availability and terms of exchange / replacement policy.
EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY :
We may replace the item on the ground of following discrepancies:
- If you have received the product with a broken seal.
- If the product is not of appropriate mentioned quantity.
- If the product is different from the product you ordered.
- If the product is found to be contaminated.
Provided that exchange / replacement can only be made with respect to same product depending upon the availability of the stock, and after approval being made by the production team.
Request for Exchange / Replacement of product(s) shall only be made within 24 hrs of Delivery of the product, subject to proper photography and videography of the product(s), which shall further subject to approval by production team. Once the replacement / exchange of product is accepted, a confirmation email would be sent on the registered email address for the process of initiation of the same.
Exchange / Replacement of products is eligible only for damaged products. Any exchange / replacement requested must be unused and in their original condition with all original tags, seal and packaging intact.
